Today in this post i will guide you that, how can you delete old sent messages on whatsapp. Whatsapp has feature to delete message for everyone, but for limited time. But we will delete old messages using some basic tricks, so without wasting any time let gets started.

how to delete old sent messages on whatsapp:-

1. Open message

       open message which you want to delete for everyone, note down time and date of message. Let’s say I want to delete that 7:02 AM message of 26th March.

2. Turn off mobile data

Turn off your mobile data and wifi both. don’t forget this step

3. Force stop whatsapp from app manager

Go to app manager. Find whatsapp and force stop it.

4. Set time and date older than the message time

Set any time before that message time. Whatsapp allows it’s user to delete message within certain time period. You can set time till that time + period time for deleting message.  You can adjust time according to your message time :-).

5. Go and delete the message

Now you are in past. just open whatsapp and go for rhat message ‘Delete for everyone’ option would be available now.

6. Now reset your time and date
